4. Customers must provide the correct name, email address and payment information while placing an order.

5. Digital products will be delivered through the email address or download link provided after successful payment.

6. Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All products sold by Learning Ladder Kids are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the download link or file has been delivered.

A replacement, correction or refund may be considered if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• You did not receive the purchased product.

• The downloaded file is damaged or cannot be opened.

• You received a product different from the one ordered.
